The rates are understoad per person, per day for minimum three days stay and include:
buffet-style breakfast, beach service with sun-umbrella and 2 sun lounger per room, life guards on duty, swimming-pool, bicycle use, unguarded parking (limited number), VAT 10%.
on check out, the room, beach and parking space must be free).
Free bikes here (subject to availability).

Household pets allowed.

Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of a deposit of Euro 200,00 per room by money-transfer. In case of cancellation by a guest the Hotel is allowed to keep the deposit as a compensation.
Should you wish to arrive later or leave earlier will be charged the total cost of the origianl booking (at the price with bed and breakfast ).

We remind to kind guests that reservation of a room is intended from 2 p.m. of arrival day until 10 a.m. of departure day. Please advise if you are arriving after 6 p.m.
